本课程是为全校本科生开设的针对企业创新管理与企业创新战略的通识类课程，旨在培养学生逻辑思维和敏捷思辨的能力，掌握技术管理和企业创新的基本理论和方法，使其对新技术涌现背景下的创新致胜战略与管理问题有整体性把握，对企业通过创新战略实现可持续竞争力提升有系统性认识，为培养具有敏捷思维和创新能力的卓越人才提供帮助。
Innovation plays a criticalrole in the success, and even survival, of everyone, a company even a country intoday’s global, competitive marketplace. During a time of unprecedented changes,enterprises are the key vehicle for innovation, and technological innovation isa key source of competitiveness for my country's enterprises and for nationalstrategic support. This course examines innovators’ gene, and how they cultivatetheir innovation capability. It discusses how a company overcomes innovationtrap. Also it offers students a thorough understanding of the links between technologicalevolution, corporate strategy, and the competitive environment by breaking downhow a company gain competitive advantage through technology-driven innovation.It explores how disruptive technologies present opportunities for newbusinesses and transform established companies, and then considers how businessdecisions are made about technology projects in uncertain environments. Thecourse will be developed through lectures, case reading and analysis, andclassroom discussions.
This course is a generalcourse for company’s innovation strategy and management and for undergraduates.Through the study of basic theories and methods, they can grasp corporateinnovation management in the context of the emergence of new technologies, andgain a systematic understanding of companies' sustainable competitivenessimprovement through innovative strategies.
